Fluidization device for the injection tank

      Blowing Tank Fluidization Device is manufactured using multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, through specialized lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering processes. It retains the simple pore structure and uniform mesh size characteristics of ordinary metal woven wire mesh, while overcoming its shortcomings such as low strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. Additionally, it allows flexible and rational matching and design of the material's pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, resulting in excellent overall performance.

Performance Parameters Applicable Media: Pulverized Coal + Air or Pulverized Coal + Nitrogen; Working Temperature: 0 - 100 ℃ ; Design Pressure: 0.6 - 1.6MPa

Depending on the pulverized coal conveying process, it is divided into "Top Discharge" and "Bottom Discharge" types.

Point-Type Fluidizer Product Features

●The fluidization plate used in the point-type fluidizer is made from high-tech, high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh.

●Evenly installed in the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and dead zones of the powder bin and conveying pipes, it prevents pulverized coal from sticking, agglomerating, and arching on the inner walls of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin), ensuring fluidization of the pulverized coal.

●This equipment offers excellent fluidization effects, stable performance, low air consumption, and maintenance-free operation. The fluidizer uses an irreversible nozzle distribution plate with minimal pressure loss (0.05 MPa startup), preventing powder and gas backflow. Installing the fluidizer in the injection tank eliminates the issue of powder accumulation in multi-cone, multi-pipeline injection tank configurations. The fluidizer can be configured for continuous pulverized coal injection systems with series or parallel bottom discharge, featuring simple processes, compact structure, and safe and reliable operation.
